Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing, digging, and leveling areas as directed by supervisors.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assembly: Assist in the assembly of framing, drywall, and other structural components according to blueprints.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, welders) with various tasks as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications.
