Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, clearing debris, and cleaning work areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Transport heavy materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Ensure the work site remains organized and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward learning.
