Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in cleaning and preparing construction sites, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- General Labor: Perform general construction duties under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction tools and equipment (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols at all times.
- Demolition & Renovation: Assist with light demolition and renovation tasks as required.
- Quality Control: Help ensure work areas are organized and materials are stored correctly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and have a valid driver's license.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse crew.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Attendance: Must be available for full-time shifts.
