Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist with site clearing, digging trenches, and preparing surfaces for construction.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools (training provided).
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Framing & Assembly: Help with basic framing, drywall hanging, and general assembly tasks.
- Quality Control: Assist in ensuring all work meets our high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a larger construction crew.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
