Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols.
- Perform digging, trenching, and other physical labor as required by the project scope.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn and maintained.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
