Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and store them properly.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and excavation support.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Measure and cut materials (wood, concrete, etc.) as directed by supervisors.
- Perform basic carpentry or general labor tasks under supervision.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads repeatedly (up to 50+ lbs).
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Fresno.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a fast-paced team.
- No prior construction experience is necessary.
