Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembly.
- Operate basic construction tools and power equipment safely.
- Perform site cleanup, waste removal, and general maintenance.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications using hand and power tools.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Willingness to undergo drug screening and background check.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the construction trade.
