Responsibilities

- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under strict supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific protocols at all times.
- Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, cleaning, and organizing work areas.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on feet.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided for all candidates.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand basic instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
