Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a tidy work area.
- Read and understand basic job site instructions and safety signage.
- Transport materials to and from the work site using dollies or hand trucks.
- Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed for project requirements.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we will teach you the ropes.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
