Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and job site instructions.
- Unload trucks and stock materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Experience in construction is a major plus but not required for immediate hires.
