- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks to support project progress.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and vehicles (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after receiving proper training.
- Physical Tasks: Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and transporting heavy materials over long distances.
- Quality Control: Help ensure work areas meet quality standards and adhere to blueprints and specifications.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn new skills and grow within the construction industry.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Safety Conscious: Understanding of basic construction site safety regulations and a commitment to wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
