Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and generators, under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a safe and organized work area by removing waste and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Assistance: Provide general assistance to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
