Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties including loading, unloading, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and materials efficiently to keep the workflow moving.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We provide on-the-job training for all successful candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory.
