Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks, including carpentry, framing, and finishing.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in layout tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
