Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment for use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and projects.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations, site-specific protocols, and company policies.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and a reliable mode of transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration and reliability.
