Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with various building tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all OSHA guidelines.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, tamping, and general cleanup.
- Measure, cut, and assist with basic measurements and cutting of lumber or other materials.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
