Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform basic measurements and cut materials as directed.
- Transport tools and supplies to and from the job site.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Basic understanding of construction safety (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
