Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading terrain as directed by supervisors.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision to support the work of skilled tradespeople.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Assistance: Provide general labor support to carpenters, electricians, and masons as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
