Responsibilities
- Assist in various stages of construction including excavation, framing, and finishing.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and machinery safely.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols strictly.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work sites.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required (we train the right attitude).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA).
