Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks under supervision.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and cleaning.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We train all new hires on-site.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long shifts in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
