Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties as directed.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards (Job Site Safety).
- Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and fellow crew members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we will train you.
