Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks including framing, drywalling, and rough-ins.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery, including forklifts and scissor lifts, safely.
- Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris and waste materials.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
- Transport materials to and from job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring cuts and material estimation.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety standards.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
