Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely, following all standard operating procedures.
- Perform site cleanup, maintain a tidy workspace, and ensure debris is properly disposed of.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long hours in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions from supervisors.
- Valid identification and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on safety.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
