Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by sweeping, removing debris, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment for the team.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and hauling dirt.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on uneven surfaces.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
