Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of job site equipment and structures.
- Operate hand and power tools under the direct supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Support crew members with various tasks as needed to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Handle basic measurements and assist in site preparation.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
