Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging, clearing, and leveling the ground as directed.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, levels).
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and waste materials.
- Assisting Trades: Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople by providing necessary help on the job.
- Concrete & Asphalt: Assist in basic concrete pouring, mixing, and cleanup tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome first-time applicants and provide full training.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work on your feet for long periods.
- Valid ID: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to measure distances and quantities accurately.
- Teamwork: Must be a reliable team player who communicates effectively.
- Weather Resilience: Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
