Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site operations.
- Load, unload, and accurately measure materials and supplies needed for construction projects.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery (forklifts, scissor lifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and organizing tools after each shift.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks, including excavation, grading, and concrete pouring assistance.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety protocols (OSHA guidelines preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction blueprints or diagrams is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
