Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and drywall installation.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Follow safety protocols and instructions from supervisors at all times.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but willing to train motivated candidates).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
