Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste removal.
- Signal operators to facilitate equipment movement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is beneficial.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
