Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, carrying materials, and operating basic hand tools.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning up debris and strictly following safety protocols.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and place them at designated sites.
- Operate simple construction equipment under supervision when qualified.
- Follow all project blueprints and instructions provided by foremen or supervisors.
- Perform routine site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
