Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely.
- Prepare surfaces, dig trenches, and perform general site cleanup.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in reading blueprints or schematics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
