Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use at the job site.
- Perform basic site maintenance, including cleaning and debris removal.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as digging, mixing concrete, or holding tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the only prerequisites.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
