Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction activities, including site preparation and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials (lumber, bricks, drywall) safely.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Perform physical labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and digging.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
