Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties, including digging, hauling, and site cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled trade professionals (electricians, carpenters, etc.) with various tasks.
- Transport materials and debris to designated areas using hand trucks or forklifts.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety guidelines.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
