Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools for daily use.
- Assist in various aspects of building construction, including framing, drywall hanging, and taping.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring debris is removed and safety hazards are reported.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) with proper training and supervision.
- Support skilled tradespeople by performing tasks such as concrete pouring, painting, and basic carpentry.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and material estimation.
- Experience in construction labor, general labor, or a related trade is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
