The Role:
We are looking for hardworking individuals who want to learn the trade from the ground up. Whether you are starting fresh or looking for a stable position, we offer comprehensive on-site training and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and grading land.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate power tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Support skilled tradespeople with daily tasks and measurements.
- Perform basic physical labor, including digging, lifting, and hauling.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong reliability and punctuality.
