Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and cleaning debris.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site safely.
- Machinery Support: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to Work Outdoors: Comfortable working in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic calculations for measurements and quantities.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
