Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation as directed.
- Transport debris and waste from the work area to designated disposal sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions for long periods.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
