Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and site plans.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance duties.
- Assist in various phases of construction including framing, drywall, and finishing.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods outdoors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well within a team.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
