Responsibilities
- Operate Tools: Safely and effectively utilize hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and levels.
- Site Support: Assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various tasks on the job site.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials to ensure efficient workflow.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret basic blueprints and diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting, digging, and other physical tasks required for construction processes.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Experience: Prior construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
