Responsibilities
Excavate, dig, and prepare construction sites using hand/power toolsOperate heavy machinery (backhoes, excavators) with precision and safety protocolsLoad/unload construction materials and equipment at job sitesAssist skilled tradesmen in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasksEnsure OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized work zonesPerform site cleanup and debris removal operationsRead and interpret construction blueprints and technical schematicsWork collaboratively in diverse teams to meet tight project deadlines
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shiftOSHA 10-hour construction certification preferredAvailability for 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)Experience with power tools and heavy machinery operationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPass pre-employment physical and drug screening
