Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely during night operations
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Assist skilled trades with trenching, excavation, and structural assembly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal throughout shift
- Monitor material inventory and report shortages/surpluses
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless project transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability for consistent 10-hour night shifts (6PM-4AM)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night operations
- Basic math skills for material measurements
