Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, formwork installation, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy equipment safely including excavators and forklifts
- Install and remove temporary site fencing and safety barriers
- Perform material handling and inventory management at job sites
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain OSHA compliance through rigorous safety protocols
- Collaborate with foremen to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Experience operating power tools and heavy machinery
