Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts safely
- Read and interpret blueprints for precise material installation
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and hazardous material handling
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams during complex projects
- Complete daily progress reports and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (will provide training)
- Valid Class B CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficient with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
