Responsibilities
- Excavate, prepare, and clean construction sites according to project specifications
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, concrete work, and site preparation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
