Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools with OSHA compliance
- Implement strict safety protocols for night operations including hazard identification and mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams for seamless project execution
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and material management across commercial construction zones
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Document daily progress and material usage using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience with night shift documentation
- OSHA 30 certification and valid scaffolding certification required
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery (excavator/forklift licenses preferred)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Knowledge of Massachusetts building codes and safety regulations
- Reliable transportation to downtown Boston job sites
- Pass pre-employment physical and substance screening
- Experience with concrete finishing and steel erection highly valued
