Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various building tasks and renovations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform basic site preparation and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
