Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling operations during night shift hours
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts with proper safety protocols
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete structures following engineering specifications
- Install and remove scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety equipment
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material preparation and equipment maintenance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Proficient with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts with flexible weekend scheduling
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow complex verbal instructions
