Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading/unusing equipment and tools
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation and debris removal
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Operate basic machinery under supervision (forklifts, power tools)
- Maintain clean and organized job site conditions
- Support skilled trades with on-site construction activities
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No construction experience required - we provide paid training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites
