Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and materials
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery (training provided)
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and supplies
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation as required
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide on-the-job training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Oakland, GA
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
